This policy has been prepared to explain how payment, delivery, shipping, locations return & refund processes will take place.

Firstly, please note that we do not sell or ship to countries where electronic cigarettes are prohibited.

We sell worldwide, but primarily to European Union countries.


  1. Payment Information

You can choose from the following payment options;

– Bank Transfer

– Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

– Wise

– Skrill


  1. Delivery

Your order will be delivered by DHL (DHL International GmbH).

Your order can be shipped to countries where electronic cigarettes are not prohibited.

DHL delivery for Europe & US : 5-10 Days

DHL delivery for Asia : 10-15 Days

For handmade & personalized products, delivery days can be changed. Please contact us.

  1. Shipping Costs

3.1. The shipping costs depend on the total price of the ordered goods or targeted location. For DHL shipping:

Orders up to € 330 are sent to the European Continent and America for €  25

Orders up to € 330 are sent to the Asian Countries and African Countries for €  50

Orders over  € 330 are shipped worldwide with free shipping.

These charges are due to DHL Policy and are subject to change by DHL. Fakirsmods is not responsible for possible shipping fee changes.

3.2. In the case of cross-border deliveries, further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.

  1. Return and Refund

4.1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Fakirsmods Ugras OOD, Sevastapol Street, No: 45/3, 4000, Plovdiv / Bulgaria, Tel.: +359879610923, e-mail: info@fakirsmods.com) a clear declaration (e.g. a sent letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from sales contract.

In such situations, Fakirsmods will then give a full refund once whe the returned item is received (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Discounted items are also eligible for a return and refund.

For health and hygiene reasons; driptips, atomizers, spare parts that may come into contact with the mouth are cannot be returned.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

As a result of the examination it is detected that the problem occurs from user, there will be no refund.

We provide free service within the 6-month warranty period.

Fakirsmods will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Hello Fakir Mods.
My order #13826. Was a gift.
Worked for 3 days – Didn’t fall or get wet. Today 06/06/2024 Brief display LOW BATTERY – Inserted another battery – NO display or function – Inserted another NEW battery – NO FUNCTION.
450 € for the trash can.
What a shame – Never buy or recommend Fakir Mods again.
