These Terms of Service describe the relation between Fakirsmods Ugras OOD (hereinafter referred to as “Fakirsmods”) is headquartered at Sevastapol Street, No: 45/3, 4000, Plovdiv, Bulgaria and you.
Fakirsmods operates this www.fakirsmods.com (the “Website”) to provide online access to information about Fakirsmods and its products, services, and opportunities (the “Service”). By accessing and using this Website, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Terms of Service”). - Use of Site

- Protection of Minors
No sale to persons under the age of 18.
From April 1st, 2016, the Youth Protection Act will come into force in Germany for e-cigarettes and accessories due to the related European Union Directives.
Each customer must be queried once (name, address and date of birth) and thereby validated.
We only ship with DHL and DHL carries out a visual inspection when the goods are handed over, so that the orders do not fall into the hands of minors. In addition we want DHL to age check during delivery.
The orders are only handed out to adults. If no adult family member is at home during the day, you can, for example, have the order delivered to your place of work. To do this, you must enter a different delivery address. (a)You understand that all advanced personal vaporizers sold on this site are designed to use ONLY 3.7v IMR designated batteries and that the use of any other types of cells can and may lead to a dangerous and potentially deadly condition.
(b) You understand that all advanced personal vaporizers sold by Fakirsmods are designed for use with ONE battery and that the use of multiple cells in the same device can and may lead to a dangerous and potentially deadly condition.
- User Conduct
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Website, render the Website inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage.
- Personal Data Protection
Fakirsmods processes personal data in order to continuously improve the user experience. However, personal information is collected and used only to the extent permitted by the user / member, for the specific purpose and scope and in accordance with the law.
If you do not log in or access the service for a certain period of time, Fakirsmods may destroy your personal data or anonymize your personal data after notifying you by email, in-service notification or other appropriate electronic means. If the service will be insufficient for this reason, the necessary termination for usage agreement of the relevant service will be on the agenda.
